Landlords- Approving a new tenant
Landlords, when you're looking for a new tenant, it's important to make sure that you're getting the best possible Tenants.
That's why we work hard to verify all of their references and make sure that everything is in order.
We also collect all of the information that you'll need in order to approve the new tenant.
This process usually takes a few days. Once everything is in order, we'll talk to you and let you know if the potential tenants are approved.
If they're not, don't worry - we'll work with you to find the best possible Tenants.
You, as the landlord will need to sign a form to approve the new tenant. This form will include all of the tenants' information, as well as your contact information.
So, that is all to this part of the lettings process, it is quite simple and should get sorted fairly quickly providing all checks are ok.
