How We Credit Landlord with Balance Due

As a letting agent, we take pride in being able to offer a smooth and easy process for both landlords and tenants.
One of the ways we do this is by crediting the landlord with the balance due on each rent payment.
This means that we take 10% off the monthly calendar pay of the rent, plus VAT, and give the landlord the rest of it.
There is also a starting fee which covers all our paperwork and viewings, among other things.
We believe this system allows everyone to benefit while keeping things simple and straightforward.
So, we can handle everything for you. We charge a starting fee of £400 plus VAT.
This allows us to cover all the administrative work and viewing appointments that are necessary at the beginning of a tenancy.
