Landlords are a key part of the rental process and it is important to keep them in the loop.  

 

By chasing feedback and keeping landlords up to date with viewings, we can ensure that they know what is happening with their property. 

 

We also make sure that the vendors who work with us are kept in the loop, so they know what they need to do and when they need to do it.  

 

This communication strategy helps to keep everyone on track and ensures a smooth rental process for all involved! 

During the viewing process when finding the vendor a tenant, we would contact the property owner when the viewing is complete.  

We would update them on how the viewing went, if we found a tenant and when they are looking to move in.  

This way, landlords are constantly updated with what is happening with their property and can be sure that it is being well taken care of. 

 

If something needs repairing or there is an issue with the property, we would contact the vendor immediately. This way, they are aware of any potential problems and can take care of them as soon as possible. 

 

This way, everyone can be pleased with the end result and the rental process can continue smoothly.  

Communication is key in any situation, and by using these strategies, we are able to ensure that everyone stays informed and knows what is happening.  

This leads to a positive rental experience for all involved! 

 

SO, those are the may key reasons we would need to speak to the landlords, but of course if a situation arose where we needed to contact the vendor for some other reason, we would do so immediately also. We want to keep everyone up to date and ensure that all parties are happy with the process!
