This article will talk about how we verify references, and what information you need to provide when you are looking for a tenant that has good credit.
The process of verifying references usually takes about two to three business days.
We start by checking the credit score of the tenant, and then we will contact their previous landlords to get information on their rental history.
After that, we will reach out to their employer to see if they are currently employed and how long they have been with the company.
We take all this information into account when verifying references.
We want to make sure that the tenant is a responsible person who will be able to pay their rent on time each month.
