Arranging viewings for suitable tenants... 
When a new tenant is looking for accommodation, it's important to give them the best possible experience.  
That means that they should be able to view the property in its current state and not have any surprises about what it looks like.  
This blog post will focus on two different scenarios: arranging viewings for suitable tenants when there are no current tenants; and arranging viewings when there are still tenants living in the property. 
When there are no current tenants we'll advertise the property and schedule viewings. We'll also make sure that all potential tenants are qualified and meet the criteria. 
When there are still tenants living in the property, we'll work with them to schedule viewings.  
Of course this can sometimes make things just slightly more complicated, as tenants should ideally be out of the property during viewings, however, using the help of a good estate agent, all viewings should run smoothly. 
We will work with the landlord to ensure they get only the best possible tenant in their property.
