Exchange and completion - What you need to know before moving house.
When moving house, there are many steps you must go through.
From doing the viewings, to agreeing the offers then exchanging which means the contracts has been exchanged it means the purchase is legally binding and then Completion which means picking up the keys.
There two ways you can exchange and complete. You can exchange a few days prior to completion, or you can do a simultaneous exchange and completion which means you will exchange and complete on the same day.
