What We Charge and Full Management Explained

Here at The Property Fox, we like to keep things simple and straightforward.

That's why we only offer full management of your property and in this blog, we are going to go through what this means and includes for you!

First and foremost, our fee is 10% plus VAT of the monthly calendar pay.

For example, if your tenant pays £1,000 per month, then our fee would be £100 plus VAT, which is 20% of that £100, so that would be £120 in total, in this case.

We also have a one-time set up fee of £400 plus VAT. This covers things such as creating your account on our system, verifying all documents, drawing up the contract etc.
