The fees for our services are again, incredibly simple to understand.
Our Tenant Find Only service is £400 + VAT for setting up the initial tenancy, and our Fully Managed service is £400 + VAT set up fee, plus 10% + VAT of the monthly rental income, per month, for the ongoing management of the property.
Legal certificates including EPC, GSR, EICR will be additional extras for Tenant Find Only, but are included within our Fully Managed service.
