The fees for our services are again, incredibly simple to understand. £400+VAT for setting up the initial tenancy and 10%+VAT of the monthly rental income per month for the ongoing management of the property. This includes all of the above. Any legal certification required, such as the EPC, GSR or EICR will need to be supplied and can be arranged by The Property Fox Lettings at an additional cost.
