1. What is your job role at The Property Fox?
I am one of the Directors at The Property Fox and manage the business on a day to day basis.
You won't see me out and about as much as I used to be, I tend to now be in the office, training and supporting the amazing team we have!
2. What do you love most about Estate Agency?
I love being able to help people that have never had to deal with a property sale before, taking the whole transaction from start to finish and being able to hand the keys over at the end is brilliant!
3. What do you do in your spare time?
In my spare time I like to go out into the countryside when the weather allows and spending time with Emma and my three daughters, who really keep me on my toes!
4. Where would your dream home be and why?
My dream house would be in Boscastle on the North Coast of Cornwall.
The scenery is incredible and despite being Leicester born and bred, I do love being by the seaside in the South West, with Boscastle being my favourite place.

1. What is your job role at The Property Fox?
I am a Director of The Property Fox and my role is to oversee the day to day running of the office.
2. What do you love most about Estate Agency?
I love the variety that Estate Agency has to offer, no two days are the same!
3. What do you do in your spare time?
I love to go for walks in the countryside with John and our family and keep myself active.
I love shopping, cooking and crafting with my daughter.
4. Where would your dream home be and why?
My dream home would be a cosy cottage in the middle of nowhere surrounded by flowers with a little courtyard that I can relax in on a Summers day with a cocktail and a log fire for the winter to keep warm with lots of fairy lights!!

1. What is your job role at The Property Fox?
I communicate with all buyers and sellers from the very start of the sales process to completion.
2. What do you love most about Estate Agency?
I love the client relationships that form and speaking with a wide variety of people.
I also love the different challenges that may arise and sorting out a solution.
3. What do you do in your spare time?
I love going out for meals, seeing friends and spending time with my family.
4. Where would your dream home be and why?
My dream home would be on a beach as it’s peaceful and I love the sun!
Michael Manger
Sales Manager
1. What is your job role at The Property Fox?
I am the sales manager for the company, being mainly office based I deal with all of the offer negotiations with our sellers helping them achieve the best price in the current market place.
2. What do you love most about Estate Agency?
I really enjoy the job as a whole, liaising with clients, negotiating offers plus meeting buyers and sellers.
I love being part of the process to help people move house and helping solve any problems that may occur along the way.
3. What do you do in your spare time?
I am very active out of work and enjoy mountain treks, countryside hikes and playing football.
I play the drums in a couple of bands locally, I also enjoy a good meal and drink out!
4. Where would your dream home be and why?
It would have to be a sea facing property, either on the North Norfolk Coast or Cornwall with beautiful views, stunning walks and a good local pub to boot.

Valuer
1. What is your job role at The Property Fox?
I go out to a lot of property, both doing valuations and also doing viewings.
You won't find me in the office much at all as most of my time is spent out on the road.
2. What do you love most about Estate Agency?
I love seeing different houses and meeting lots of people.
It's great when it all comes together and we managed to help people move or sell a property, sometimes from very difficult situations.
3. What do you do in your spare time?
In my spare time I watch a lot of cricket and rugby, and I like travelling up and down the UK as a keen caravanner.
4. Where would your dream home be and why?
My dream house would be in Salcombe, an absolutely beautiful place with a stunning promenade.
Adelle Cunningham
Sales Executive
1. What is your job role at The Property Fox?
I complete daily admin tasks that we have to do as estate agents to make sure everything is in order, and make sure our property valuers are doing all of their paperwork correctly!
I also book lots of viewings for people to look at property as well as speaking with buyers and sellers to give them the best experience possible.
2. What do you love most about Estate Agency?
I love working at the Property Fox as it has taught me the importance of buying a house in the future for stability for myself and my children.
I love the team we have made here at The Property Fox and how well we work together.
3. What do you do in your spare time?
I like to go on day trips with my children, socialise with friends and go out for meals.
4. Where would your dream home be and why?
My ideal home would be Cinderella’s Castle at Disney World so my children can be happy and care free all of the time.

1. What is your job role at The Property Fox?
Here at The Property Fox, my job role is Administrator.
2. What do you love most about Estate Agency?
This is hard for me to decide, however I would have to say that no two days being the same is something I really like, there's always something new for me to do!
3. What do you do in your spare time?
Caravanning. I love how with a caravan practically the whole of the UK is at your fingertips! I travel with my Husband as he also shares this interest with me, we love seeing new places.
4. Where would your dream home be and why?
Cornwall would have to be number one on my places to live. Relaxing way of life, and stunning scenery, what more could you want!

1. What is your job role at The Property Fox?
Marketing executive.
2. What do you love most about Estate Agency?
I love the marketing as a whole in Estate Agency.
This is especially because I get to interact with you all through our social media pages, keep the website running & up to date & promote new property listings.
I also enjoy our more educational content which includes, how to let, move, sell or buy.
It is nice to know we can help people feel more prepared on what to expect, especially if it is something they haven't done before!
3. What do you do in your spare time?
I enjoy going out for food, going to festivals & occasionally going on holiday to see & experiance new places!
I also enjoy the gym and walking my dog.
4. Where would your dream home be and why?
If I could pick from absolutely anywhere, I would have to go for a nice, modern home somewhere hot and abroad, preferably near the beach and some nice shops and resturants.

1. What is your job role at The Property Fox?
Sales Executive.
2. What do you love most about Estate Agency?
I love estate agency because we get to see and deal with all different properties which never gets boring.
I also love to help clients sell and to help them find them there dream homes and make them very happy.
3. What do you do in your spare time?
I go to the gym and I love to go shopping.
4. Where would your dream home be and why?
I would love to live abroad in either Australia or Canary Islands because I love the heat and I want to be near a beach.
