How to register as a Landlord

Registering a new landlord or property on our system is a straightforward process, and we have detailed information available to help you through it.

- The landlord must be registered with the UK Landlord Registration Scheme.
- We need to see a copy of your tenancy agreement, or if you are a landlord, your licence.
- The property must be registered with the local council.
- For landlords: you will also need to provide us with your Gas Safe Certificate and EPC.
- The process of registering a new landlord or property usually takes around two weeks, but this may vary depending on the council.
- When you register a new property with us, we will provide you with your tenant's reference number which they will need to give to their letting agent.
