The application process for landlords:
At The Property Fox, we take the headache out of renting your property.
We make sure that all the legal requirements are met, including a GSR (Gas Safety Regulations), EICR (Electrical Inspection Condition Report) and an EPC (Energy Performance Certificate).
We also recommend that our landlords have an inventory done on the property, which is included in our fully management pack.
We conduct credit checks on all landlords and sellers before marketing the property, so you can be confident that you're in good hands.
Once all the certificates and checks are in place, we'll put your property on the market and start the viewings.
You can sit back and relax, knowing that your property is in safe hands.
