At The Property Fox, we've made the tenants' application process simpler than ever.
From the moment potential tenants’ express interest in one of our properties, we set them up on Canopy.
Canopy helps us run right-to-rent checks, credit checks, employment checks and landlord references quickly and easily.
This streamlined process tells us which documents have been acknowledged and verified, and which need attention.
Once all checks have been completed and passed, we begin to put together a tenancy agreement with the desired move-in date and length of stay.
We also set up tenants on the Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS) and Payprop - so all payments will be processed securely if you choose our fully managed service.
We're dedicated to making your life as stress-free as possible - that's why we've taken care of everything for you.
All you must do is sit back, relax, and wait for your new tenants to move in!
