How do I get paid and where are the deposits kept?

As a property management company, we want to make sure that your rent is paid on time and in full every month.
To do this, we use a company called Payprop.
Payprop collects all the rent payments made by our tenants and then disburses the funds to the correct accounts.
This includes our own account for the management fee, as well as the landlord's account for the remaining rent amount.
Using Payprop helps to ensure that rent is always paid on time and that there are no problems with late or missing payments.
If it's Tenant find only then the rent will go directly to the landlord and not through Payprop.
It's important to know that your deposit is protected when you move into a new rental property.
Here at The Property Fox, we use the Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS) to ensure that your money is safe.
The DPS is a government-backed program that holds your deposit in a protected account.
When it's time to move out, the DPS will release your deposit back to you, minus any damages that need to be repaired.
