Our Routine for Property Inspections:
At The Property Fox, we take our property inspections seriously.
We always communicate with the landlords before and after each inspection to ensure that everyone is on the same page.
The first inspection usually takes place around 3 months after the tenant has moved in, and then every six months after that.
We are required to inform the tenant of inspections 24 hours before they take place, and we will always share feedback with the landlords after each one.
This way, everyone is always kept in the loop and any potential problems can be addressed quickly.
If we find something during the inspection that needs addressing, we will immediately let the landlord know so that they can take care of it.
Our goal is always to maintain a high level of quality for our tenants and landlords alike.
The next inspection will be at nine months, then fifteen and so on.
